Digital Opportunities explores how evolving technology shapes career opportunities in Nova Scotia. Students join Museum staff on a tour of two new exhibits.
Game Changers, developed and produced by Canada Science and Technology Museum looks at what shapes the video game player’s experience and explores how innovations have transformed the way we interact with computer technology. Discover how video games have evolved from PONG in the 1970s to today.
Ready To Play, the Museum of Industry’s own exhibit, features studios that create games right here in Nova Scotia. The tour will also include selected areas in the Museum’s permanent galleries to illustrate how Nova Scotians have historically adopted new technologies to build a prosperous society.

The Digital Opportunities tour supports a variety of units and outcomes relevant to Technology Education, Business Education and Entrepreneurship, and Career Education for grades 9 - 12.
