Join us for a guided tour of “Navigating" with well know fibre artist, Regina Marzlin. "Navigating" is a captivating quilt exhibition that weaves together artistry, exploration, and personal narratives. Discover 14 unique art quilts, meticulously crafted by 12 talented members of the Studio Art Quilt Associates of Atlantic Canada. Each quilt reflects the essence of its creator, capturing their journeys and inspirations.
Regina Marzlin, based in Antigonish, NS, expresses her artistic vision through fabric. Her abstract and colourful textile collages emerge from a slow, deliberate process of hand stitching, layering, and texture-building. Creating her own fabrics- via dyeing, painting, and printing- is integral to her final artwork.
For over 20 years, Regina has dedicated herself to art development, exhibitions, and teaching workshops.
Guided tour is included with the museum admission fee.
